This completely depends on you, though there are ample amount of job opportunities after M.Arch, but if you go for higher studies you are definitely adding and expanding your knowledge and scope. It is always good and helpful, if you have more knowledge and higher degrees. NIT depends completely on you and your circumstances, if you want to pursue higher studies or start working. If you have enough time and money to go for higher studies, I'll suggest you to go for higher studies, rest is your choice. M.Arch graduate can acquire a career in both private and public sector. After M.Arch, there are numerous job opportunities for post graduates in M.Arch in private sector. There is no practical relations between B.Tech in computer Science and B.Architecture. As you know that these two have no direct relations.
However, if you are asking for difficulty level, then I would say that B.Tech CS is more difficult than B.Arch. Actually, this is my personal bias. Some students may find B.Tech CS very easy. So, the difficulty level is all a relative term. Out of the given two options, which one is better, completely depends upon you and your future goals. If you want to make career in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hacking, or any computer (or IT) related stuffs, then B.Tech CS is the best option, wheares B.Arch will leads you somewhat in civil engineering fields. This gives you the chance to become an Architect, Planner, Designer etc.

B.Arch involves the basic to the most advanced things of architecture. An architect is basically a professional who deals with the design and construction of buildings. As it's name suggest that your profile will be limited to the Planning. After that comes the role of Architecture. In B.Arch, you will learn the execution of what the plan has been developed by the planner. The job profile is somewhat different nowadays. After doing B. Planning, your role will be to plan to take all the factors into consideration and client's demands. And, after doing B.Arch, you have to organize the plan to make it real. To summarize, B.Planning involves planning while B. Architecture involves implementation.

It is a good question from student's point of view.(#) Degree programme: These are much high valued then Diploma. Degree like B.Arch provides profundity about an architect course than Diploma. It has more opportunities as compared to Diploma. Degree is being issued through recognized university or college. The duration of obtaining the degree of architect is greater than the duration of Diploma.
(#) Diploma programme: Like Diploma in Designing, planning, architect etc. are a Diploma course. The admission to Diploma course can be taken after clearing high school examination (class 10th). An institute, a Polytechnic, or even a university can offer a Diploma course. There is no need for the institute or the university to be UGC or AICTE approved. Both programs /courses have their own utility and valuation. But, I would suggest you to degree course, since it is approved and certified by the institution. But, if you want your career to be more accelerated, then along with the degree course, you can pursue Diploma course.

The degree of Ph.D in Planning and Architecture will not just open the door of Research field in India, but also in some foreign countries. Completing a degree in architecture at doctorate level can be a long and arduous process, but also wonderfully rewarding. You can join any of the institutes from FITJEE, Study Mate, Allen Career, Resonance, Rao IIT Academy and etc. But, let me clarify you on one thing that only good selection of coaching institute will not help you to conquer over the dream. You have to make plan & strategy by yourself.
The best coaching out of these are Resonance & Rao IIT Academy. These both institutes have well past experience for successfully selection of children in various big college for Architecture studies. They are having very good, trained, qualified and experienced faculty for the effective training of children. JEE Mains Paper 2 exam is not an easy exam. You have to do lot more hard work to clear this exam. Hence, my suggestion is that while doing selection of the best coaching institute try to spend some time on doing some research on your own parameters to make the best chosen.
