For MS courses in Canada you need to write IELTS which is for English test and GRE test which is a prerequisite for almost all Universities to apply for.

You have completed post graduation degree in advance construction management so you are eligible for Ph.D course but you must have a valid UGC NET score.
NET stands for National Eligibility Test. The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam.
There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.

The admission committee decides your admission on overall criteria of your previous academic performance, work experience, performance in design test, and performance in interview, portfolio and CEED scores, so yes, your scores in class 12th do matter. However, they consider the overall score of your application and if you do well in other areas you may still have a chance.

You can register with COA (Council of Architecture) after completing your B.Arch degree. You can also pursue advanced courses in B.Arch that are given below:
Advance Architecture Courses:
Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
Ph.D in Architecture
The disciplines in Architecture are Transport Planning, History and Pedagogy, Interior Design, Urban or Rural Planning, Construction Management, Architecture Theory, Landscape Design, etc.
During B.Arch, duration and after completing this course, you can do an internship program with an architecture firm or with some professional Architects to increase practical experience and better job prospects.
