As per my suggestion, you don't need any sort of 'coaching' or something to prepare for BVP CET B.Arch examination. Because, the level of this exam is not as hard as you think for JEE Mains Paper 2 or AAT. If you are well prepared with your self-study, then you may score a very good score in this exam. To specific for your query, if you are planning to give the exam for BVP CET along with JEEs, NATA etc., then you might requires coaching institute. So, in this condition, the coaching institute like FIITJEE, Allen Career institute could help you up to some extent. Why I am saying 'some extent' is because the result is based on your preparation. You have to manage your day, your school, your coaching planning as your caliber.
Hence, my suggestion is, if you are going to appear in only BVP CET examination, then you are not required to join any coaching class.

Admission criteria:
Admission is through counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra based on marks obtained in 10+2/ Diploma and score obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).
Eligibility:
One must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks from a recognised board and must have studied Mathematics as compulsory subject (or)
The candidate must have passed (10+3) Diploma in Engineering/technology from a recognised board with minimum 50% marks and must have studied Mathematics as compulsory subject.
Marks required in NATA:
The total marks of NATA is 200. There are no fixed marks that are to be scored. It depends on the number of applicants and their scores respectively.
But, it is advisable to have a score of more than 170 so that you can get a seat in any of the top colleges of architecture.

Landscape Architecture (LA) is a field of study which involves the designing, planning and managing of the public areas, landmarks and parks in our environment. It is a multi-disciplinary field that includes botany, horticulture, geology, earth Science, geography and ecology. Landscape architects play an important role in designing and developing the projects, with respect to the environment.
The scope right now is good and the LAs have good career opportunities. They can work in construction companies, government organizations where there is a need for landscape architecture, architectural firms, and landscaping companies. No needs to have good communication skills, analytical and technical skills, problem solving skills and creativity to be successful in this field. No one can get jobs like:

JEE Mains Paper 2 is an exam for admission in IIT and NIT or any other top college for B.Arch. KIITEE is exam organized by KIIT College just for admission in KIIT College, that's the reason JEE Mains is hard by nature. KIIT paper is valid for only one college admission, but JEE Mains paper 2 is valid for admission in any good college and that's why student wants to score better in this exam. Obviously, JEE Mains paper 2 is harder than KIITEE exam. Just check the overview knowledge of student about the subject in KIITEE. But, in JEE Mains paper 2 exam, they try to find the real deserving student for the degree that's why this exam is hard. In the last few year, hive of JEE paper is more which attract lot of student and the increasing crowd make the JEE Mains paper 2 tough.

The college has 4 branches in Pune and among them, Katraj is the main campus. Katraj campus is spread over 85 acres of land in which 5 acres of land is for sports ground in which student play various type of game in their free time. The campus contains all the facilities which are required by the student. The college has in campus hostel and mess facilities. College also organizes various festival which attracts many companies so that they came for placement. Placement record in B.Arch is 83%. Hi, It will continue to be in demand for several reasons. Many engineers will avoid that field because of the attention to details it requires and the associated liability. Structural engineers are the reason people don't worry about buildings and bridges collapsing, and they demand a lot of respect.The the largest shift in materials in the future will be in composites and designs using high strength fibers that are strategically placed by structural engineers to withstand forces. I believe 3D printers will increase interest in using composite materials and they will start being utilized much more in construction in the future.nI have often been wrong about my predictions as to the future, so keep that in mind.nUnfortunately, it is very difficult to see a change as rapid as with the computer industry because unlike our industry they don't need billions of dollars to create something. I intend to say that our industry is very funding intensive and with depleting funds - it will be tough to get a rapid turnaround. Coming to the future in terms of technologies, contour grafting - 3D printing of houses has the potential to make its entry into regular housing practices. From the materials standpoint, sustainability is being stressed upon but a balance between sustainability and economy is preventing a lot of materials from making its entry - any advances on that balance can change a lot of materials we deal with. I am an engineer by training and my graduate education in planning has incredibly expanded my worldview. On the theoretical side, the reconciliation of post-structuralist (post-modern) tradition within planning has been contentious and the concern, I think, hasn't yet subsided. How does the discipline, as a modernist project, conform to the demands of contingency, fluidity, polyvocality advanced by the post-structuralist movement, is the main question in the discipline.nTo put it simply, the demands placed by the 'real world' (ground-up participation, collaboration, adaptive governance, diversity in policy and plan making, salience of projects while maintaining plurality in process and outcomes etc.). Are pretty complex (note: not complicated) for them to be comprehended within a discipline designed to be reductionist in nature (segregation of planning departments, roles and responsibilities, capital-centric-evaluation tools like benefits-cost analysis etc., ).nHow can the top-down governance structure inject participative models of engagement? No. I would never recommend. Moreover, any programme like distance course in engineering or architecture is not possible too. Certifications/ Associateship Examinations may be an option. If you have come to know something like distance course, that's false and someone is cheating on you. Please, be careful before investing in such things your hard earned money. Learning off-campus or face to face doesn't matter much if you have availability of performing practical work and there are teachers as well as material to learn theoretical concepts.
