Mostly colleges accept B. Tech/ BE in Civil/ Planning/ Architecture Engineering graduates for their M.plan courses. In some institutes students having a Master' Degree in Geography/ Economics / Sociology. are also eligible.
Best M.plan institutes are IITs, SPA-School of Planning and Architecture, MNIT-Malviya National Institute of Technology & University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Dehradun. In some of these institutes admissions are still open for vacant seats. You can check website of these institutes and apply whichever are still open for admission.

Neetika, you need to give NATA too for admission to B.Arch along with your JEE score. Apply for CCB counseling for admission.
Many private universities offer admissions without CCB too just with your JEE and NATA score. They have good placement records too. Few of them also offer scholarships on your JEE as well as NATA score.
You can check websites of some private universities too along with govt.ones.
Good luck.

I would say B.Arch, since there are a lot of opportunities after B.Arch
