To get admission in IIT Roorker and also IIT Kharagpur for B.arch - you have necessary clear JEE paper 1 - then - JEE advance - then - AAT (architecture aptitude test).

Yes, master is necessary after pursuing B.arch .Because you not have a well settled business or a enough money for investments.
