In view of job opportunity ,in coming days architecture is better. in both areas govn. and pvt. but aerospace doesn't have as wide area in public sector as architecture in our country.

You need to be in 10% cut off bracket ,
SPA delhi is best institute for architecture and for best you really need a good score. in my opinion you need to score 250+ for guaranteed admission in architecture but 215 would be enough for admission in planning branch.

You have to give Jee main paper 1.clear advance and again appear for AAT(Architecture aptitude test)

Till date only two IITs offer Architecture. IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee
