Salary :
Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc. But, still, to give you a brief idea,
- In trainee level can expect income around Rs. 10000 - 12000 every month.
- Within a short span of time, the salary can go up to Rs.15000 - 20000 every month depending upon the experience and the work.
- In government sectors, the pay scale is not rewarding as the private sector.
- Architects practicing through their own organizations could earn a lot and this could be from thousands to lakhs.
- Consultants charge somewhere around 4 - 10 percent of the total cost of construction in case of apartments and multi-storied buildings.

To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.

Architecture is attractive, high paying, and has lots of potential in terms of growth. It is considered as one the chic professions and looked as a profession for elite class students. Architects design structures and give physical face-lift as well as provide functional utility, safety and economy. Architects focus on how to make living easy and comfortable for people ranging from lower-middle class to upper-class and offer them housing and shelter with luxury and style.
Moreover, increased demand for luxury accommodation from certain section of people drives architects to work on building such designs which fulfill the specific requirements.
On the basis of your JEE rank, you can get admission in architecture in some govt.college but if you want to take admission in some private university like LPU, SRM, Sharda etc than you need to give NATA test and you rank of JEE can help you get a scholarship form them.
