There are a lot of NATA books available in the market (online). I would suggest you to go for NATA exam solved questions bank. Infact if you can attend a NATA crash course training anywhere near your place, that would be the best, as you need to learn the strokes which rarely you get by reading book

Yes, you can. But, you will have to take NATA/JEE entrance exams.

Yes a lot of colleges in Maharashtra accept JEE scores. You could also write NATA exams for B.Arch entrance. Some colleges even have a separate entrance exam after your NATA/JEE exam scores (even interviews).
