Indian Institute of Technology IIT and Symbiosis International University are the only 2 institutes in Delhi/NCR that offer a B.Des course in automobile designing.

All applicants applying for the M.Des. Programme (any discipline) in NID must fulfill both the following criteria; of age and education qualification.
Age Limit:
For Indian Nationals in General Category: Upper age limit for candidates is 30 years as on 30 June 2018. Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 1988 are eligible to apply for admission.
Educational Qualification:
In addition to the above, the candidate must possess at least one of the following minimum qualifications to be considered eligible for admissions:
Bachelor degree of minimum 4-year duration in any specialisation, after 10+2 system, from any university or

HI Rahul, RWTH Aachen, TU Munich, TU Berlin, Heidelberg University, University of Stuttgart are among the best ones.There are many more. You can check the DAAD India website for more options. You have to take the IELTS and have German language fluency depending on the university's admission requirement. You may choose to take GATE but not at all compulsory. Basically they admit basis Bachelor degree percentile.

Hello Pratik,
The oil industry has quite a lot of potential. But if your passion is in automobiles then you are in the wrong field. On the other hand, CTC would be much superior in oil industry only. May be you should allow yourself a couple of years in present employment and then review.

The best option for automotive design engineering is M.Tech. MBA is for management field and M.Tech is Masters in Technology.

MBA is to take you away from the technical job and into the sphere of Management. Hence you have to start changing your thinking process if you are doing MBA. You could select any of the offered branches. Marketing, Sales, Finance or HR as there are innumerable branches available these days.
