Mohamed Sathak A.J. Academy of Architecture offers separate, well-furnished hostels for boys and girls with modern amenities and hygienic dining facilities. The girls' hostel, located 5 km away in a prime, secure area, accommodates up to 213 students. The campus also promotes holistic development through a variety of sports facilities for BArch students, including basketball, football, cricket, indoor games, and more, encouraging both physical fitness and team spirit.

The last date to apply for the BArch programme at Mohamed Sathak A.J. Academy of Architecture is Dec 31. Students are advised to complete their applications in advance and ensure they have valid NATA or TNEA scores.

SCMS School of Architecture programme is offered for a duration of five years. The total tuition fee of the programme is INR 6.75 lakh. Students need to pay some part of the tuition fee and other components at the time of admission to finalise their seats.

SCMS School of Architecture offers BArch programme at the UG level. Students can pursue the programme after meeting the following eligibility criteria:

Pass in Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with minimum 45% marks in aggregate.
