Yes, quaifying NATA (National Apptitude Test in Architecture) is complusory to get a scholarship for B.Arch at Chandigarh University.

To be eligible for admission to the B.Arch program, you must qualify either NATA or JEE (Main) Paper, as per the council of Architecture norms. However, when it comes to scholarships, Chandigarh University offers them speciffically based on your NATA score (or JEE Paper 2 percentile under a simiar bracket).

With 94% in 12th and 91 in NATA, you have a great shot at top government B.Arch colleges in Kerala like GEC Thrissur, TKM College Kollam, and RIT Kottayam. The latest cutoff for B.Arch. at the Faculty of Architecture and Ekistics, Jamia Millia Islamia, is around 137 in NATA and 90 percentile in JEE Main Paper-2 for the general category. Reserved categories have slightly lower cutoffs. Admission is based on NATA or JEE Main scores along with 10+2 marks with PCM and English.

Admission to TSAP-Thakur School of Architecture and Planning B.Arch programme is on the basis of merit and entrance. Candidates must have passed Class 12 or any equivalent Subject with at least 50% aggregate marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognised Board. The candidate must have passed the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE (Main) Paper 2. The eligibility criterion includes getting a valid score in NATA/JEE Paper 2.
