You can go for BHMS.
There is a lot of scope. After the course completion (BHMS), you may find employment as:
1. Homeopathic practitioner in both India and abroad.
2. Medical representative at a private or government hospital.
3. Professor or a researcher in any homeopathic college.
4. You may start personal clinic.
5. You may setup retail shop of homeopathy medicines.
6. You may work in industries dealing with homeopathic preparations.
7. You may start your own pharmacy.
8. You may work in public and private sector.
9. You may work in private or government hospitals, clinics, NGOs, etc.

You can certainly switch your college after the completion of the 1st year of B.Com within the university (the colleges must be affiliated to the same university) but you cannot do so between two different colleges affiliated to different universities. Also, it is totally upon the discretion of the colleges and university for a switch.
