The candidates can apply for BEd in Maharashtra by registering for the MAH BEd CET examination conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell every year. The forms will be available soon in December end.

There are number of BEd entrance exams conducted in India. In Maharashtra, State Common Entrance Test Cell organised the BEd (General & Special) & BEd ELCT, MEd, and BEd MEd (Three-Year Integrated Course) exam in March for candidates seeking admission across the state.

IGNOU conducts its own entrance examination for admission to Bachelor of Education (BEd) program. The IGNOU BEd cutoff for 2026 is 78–90 marks for the General AI category.
