You can do Pharma.D after B.Pharma. It is called as Pharma.D (PB) course. PB means post bacculerate. Those who have completed B.Pharma can get direct admission to fourth year Pharma.D. For government colleges, NEET is mandatory. Can't take admission without NEET.
