Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, placements, good infrastructure, facilities, etc.
Placements: The percentage of students that got placed in the 2024 batch was very good, approximately 88%. But most of them were from BMS and BBA courses. B.Sc. Hons CS students do get placed but only a few get placed for tech roles and others go for consulting, finance, and marketing. The batch of B.Sc. CS consisted of 70 students.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is very good. I can say it is one of the best. The infrastructure is top-notch in our college. Classes have centralized AC and lower it gives the feel of a private college. No other DU college has such good infrastructure and facilities. The fee is around 1.44 lakh per year but it is worth it. There is no gym facility but AC is provided and laundry too. The food of the mess is quite good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful if you reach and interact with them properly but you would have to take the first step. The curriculum is of NEP doesn't depends on the college. Semester exams are quite easy to pass. Almost everybody passes while some handful of students fail only in one subject or two.
Other: The best is to study B.Sc. CS from SSCBS. It is equivalent to studying B.Tech in a tier 2 college. It is very unlike to land tech roles from campus placements because as this is SSCBS, most of the companies recruit from roles such as consulting, finance, and marketing.

Best undergraduate college for management. Not competitive for B.Sc. CS. Great infrastructure.
Placements: SSCBS is primarily a management college, actually one of the best at the undergraduate level, so B.Sc. CS takes a hit; the placements overall for B.Sc. are not good, but one of the best for management courses, so if any CS graduation here wants to switch and explore management and finance as careers, SSCBS can be a good option.
Infrastructure: SSCBS has one of the best infrastructures among all the DU colleges. We have cushioned seats, projectors in every classroom, Wi-Fi access throughout the campus, computer labs with almost up-to-date technology (better than many colleges), and the campus is basically a corporate building. We have a multipurpose auditorium, seminar rooms with seating that you SEE in IIMs, and hostel rooms that are very spacious. Also, the electricity is free for hostellers, and for 1.44 lacs annually, the hostel is a good value for money; the only downside is the curfew time, i.e., 8:30 PM.
Faculty: The faculty members are very experienced, some of them with over 30 years of experience in their own field, professionals who graduated from various other top DU colleges, and also postgraduates from IIMs and FMs teach here.
In the Computer Science department, teachers are very considerate, and they teach us with equal respect, i.e., one of the best things.
Other: Being a government college, the services we get are really value for money, one of the best infrastructures, good networking opportunities, brand value, a unique personality-building experience, etc. Definitely makes SSCBS worth it & valuable for money.

Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (B.Com).
Placements: My college has a good placement record, with 78% of students getting placed. The highest package offered was 7 Lacs, and the lowest package was 4 Lacs. Some of the companies that recruit from my college are ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, SBI PNB, RBI LIC, KPMG, HSBC, and Axis. In addition, 80% of students got internships from their college placements.
Infrastructure: The facility in my college is very good. We have high-speed Wi-Fi in my college. The facility is very good. The classrooms there are very big and the windows and doors are good. My college is a hostel facilities are very good there hospital are clean Medicine are available in that college and the food there is also good.
Faculty: The teachers are very good and qualified, and their knowledge is very good. They understand us well, and when they teach us, it feels very good. The courses are relevant to the students, and of course, the students are ready for the industry. Exams are held twice a semester. The passing percentage is 95 percent.

Real Life at SSCBS, Delhi University.
Placements: The placement ratio of sscbs is very nice and amount to more than 90% of people being placed. The highest package being 44 this year average of 11.01 LPA. Consulting is the most published role which comes to the campus. There are various recruiters like pwc, dabur, raam group, ey, mckinsey, etc. All prominent companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities are really great in our cllg. Library being spread to 2 floors and hostels are in campus only with proper bifurcation of girls and boys. Its a multi storeyed building with 7 floors. The quality is great and provides all the amenities with lifts, air conditioned rooms and classrooms with projectors.
Faculty: The faculty is really helpful and great mostly with their doctorates and have knowledge of what they are taking calsses of. The course curriculum is very relevand matches with other professional courses and provide much of a practical knowledge. Semester exams are easy.
Other: I chose BBA as it matches with professional courses like CFA frm and CA and it was very helpful for me focusing on core finance and opening various channel for me to go and explore.

It is the best college for BMS, BFIA, and CS.
Placements: Our college provides good placements. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Almost all students are interested in placements. Sometimes, students got good placements off-campus.
Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. The hostel facilities are excellent. Our college building has 7 floors. Our college has a corporate building. Classrooms are equipped with projectors. Labs are well-equipped. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. They provide dedicated rooms for societies. The canteen and Nescafe are good. The library is well-equipped.
Faculty: Our teachers are good. They are supportive and well-qualified. Semester exams are not so difficult. You put in a little effort during the entire semester. Almost 66.7% of attendance is mandatory in our college. Classes are from 9 AM to 3 PM and sometimes up to 5 PM. They conduct additional classes. We have guest faculty lectures. We have less time for part-time work or add-on courses like CA, CFA, etc.
Other: Many events and fests are held in our college. Our college has societies. They prepare some of the most common skills that will give you an edge, like presentation, excel, communication, personality, networking, LinkedIn, Canv, etc.

Our college is known for its reputation and placements.
Placements: Our batch has 35 students. Around 10 students got placed in our batch in IT companies. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Our college has a reputation. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Amazon, and American Express. A few students got internships from our course. Top roles offered are IT manager, java developer, and analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent. The new campus was inaugurated in the year 2017. Our college provides many facilities like clean washrooms, sports ground, labs, Wi-Fi and transportation facility. The hostel facility is available in our college. The mess facility is available in the hostel. All the other facilities are good. They charge according to facilities.
Faculty: Our faculty members are excellent, well-qualified, and experienced. They can explain the concept clearly. They are helpful and encouraging. The difficulty of the exam can depend on the individual student's performance. Exams are not much difficult if you are an average student. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I opted for this course because I wanted to make a career in the computer science field. The best thing about this course is its faculty members. They conduct an annual fest every year. Our college crowd is good. Our college has students in management and computer sciencecourses. They provide scholarships based on castes like SC, ST, and OBC.

A fair review of SSCBS College.
Placements: Good placement record and approximately 80 percent of students get placed. The highest package is 25 LPA, the lowest package is 6-7 LPA and the Average box is 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Brain and Capability Network, BCG and Accenture, etc. Approximately 70 to 80 percent of students get internships through college.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good for Bachelor of Computer Science students. Wi-Fi facilities, a library, and fully AC classrooms are available in the college. Hostel facilities are better than other colleges. Food quality, mess and canteen are good for students.
Faculty: Teachers are not that much helpful but they are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is wonderful. The course curriculum is not helpful for students and does not fit current industries. Semester exams are easy and not much difficult for students.
Other: I chose this course because it provides me with efficient knowledge of computer Science. The best thing about my course is providing us with good knowledge of coding. I want to change the syllabus of this course because it is not aligned for current industrial knowledge.

Hi Suman,
As you have scored 83.8% in class 12th CSBE board you are eligible to take admission in this college. But as the cutoffs of the first round will be high, so you should wait till the second or third cutoff list to get admission.
But if you want to be on the safer side, apply for the other

Hi, as the admission for B.Sc is solely based on the cut off. It's difficult to get in here, but if you belong to some category you might get a chance.
