You should opt for Masters as PG Diploma is not that much beneficial pg diploma is 6 month or 1 yr course where as master will be professional courses.

Please mention the institute name for better assistance, as fees may vary from government to private institutes. B.Sc (nautical Science) fees will be definitely higher as to fees of Diploma in nautical Science.

If you check the fee for different colleges, the overall cost for B.Sc nautical science varies form 8 Lacs to 14 Lacs alone. Keep aside DNS course.
