For B.Sc. course, the college has an online application system through a facility on its website. This facility is made available from second half of May. An incomplete application will not be considered for admission.
All applications for admissions to any UG course should be submitted by the date notified by the College. Late applications may not be accepted.

You have not written about the College/ University name from where you wants to pursue the B.Sc. Economics course. The eligibility criteria may varies according to Universities. The eligibility criteria of Hindu Kanya College Kapurthala is 10+2 with minimum 40% of marks with Math. Hence Math is needed at 10+2 level for B.Sc. Economics.

The best colleges for B.Sc. Agriculture are: Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Coimbatore
Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya
Mewar University
Lovely Professional University Punjab
Anna University
Acharya Ngranga Agricultural University Hyderabad
Govind Ballabh Pant University Of Agriculture And Technology, Pantnagar. However many among these will require eligibility of more than 60%. Good luck.

If you are asking about ANGRAU, then University offers M.Sc. (Ag) in Agriculture Economics, Agriculture extension, Agriculture statistics and Agriculture Microbiology courses. The University does not offers M.Sc. Horticulture course. The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. (Ag) is B.Sc. (Ag. ). / B.Sc.
