For 2020-21 academic sessions, the West Bengal Joint Examinations Board (WBJEEB) is conducting common
entrance examination titled JENPAUH-2020 for admission to the BSc Nursing (Bachelor of Nursing). So you have to apply first for JENPAUH entrance exam conducted by WBJEEB. Date of Examination: 10th May 2020 (Sunday).

PG Diploma in Dietetics is a 1.5 years course (Including 6 month internship) with total intake of 04 only. The admission in course will be done through the Entrance test of Special Dietetics paper. The eligibility criteria is B.Sc. In Home Science or B.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics. So in my opinion Food Science and QC is a part of home Science so you can be eligible for the asked course.

Most of the Universities would ask class 2th with Science background, There are some universities who would accept Candidates if they pursue 12th Exams with Open School such as NIOS. Then mostly you would be eligible.
