No you cannot. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. Agriculture is 10+2 with PCM/PCB. Therefore, Diploma in Agriculture students are not eligible for this course.

The approximate fee would be around 2.25 lakh.
For the INIFD Chandigarh, it is around 1-70 lakh rupees.
For LPU, it varies from student to student because they give scholarship on various criteria.
Do not just check the fee structure but also the academic excellence you would get from a college as there are many financial schemes which the best of the colleges offer to impart education to the students.

The INIFD Jalandhar is a good institution where the courses of institute are affiliated with Annamalai University. INIFD Pune is quite good with good ambiance and Twinkle Khanna mentoring for Interior Design Students Others in the field doing equally good is LPU where the premier fashion industry has selected students to work for them and the fee varies according to the scholarships offered. NFID CHD, with a fee approximately 1-70 lakh The exact fee structure can be checked from the web site of the college you choose, as there are scholarships too these days due to which the fee scale varies.
