If you have interest in research based career then biotechnology offers Good scope, as government. Of India is promoting many avenues in this field. Also, there are ample scope in US and Canada in this area, for which you have to do UG course in India and if you have good academics, can pursue Masters in any foreign country like US or Canada. LLB will be a different career altogether, but if that is your passion then you should appear for CLAT and get admission in any good NLU colleges.

Of course, it will be M.Sc in Zoology, as it will be a continuation of what you have studied, also your knowledge and skill will improve. Doing Law will be totally new field, unless and until you are very confident that you want to make your career in law.
