Singhania University in Jhunjhunu offers B.Sc in nursing and is recognized by INC. As a general rule the students passing nursing courses that are recognized by INC, are allowed to practice across India anywhere. I hope you are talking of Kalinga Institute of Nursing in Bhuvaneshwar. This institute has just about 60 seats. Moreover almost 50 percent would be under reserved category. So, one can imagine the ranking required to get admission.
