Hi I search all the university is a really good you won't regret going to any of these assets but I would personally say you to go to Presidency because its campus is really good and the facilities exposure that you get there is also very good choose any with confidence you won't regret all the best.

If your target is a job and good practical skills. I would suggest the B.Tech as it's a job oriented course.

That's a bit tricky. To continue your course from your present college in another college, you require permission from both the colleges. But your present college at most probability, will not allow you as you have exams pending there.
