Your graduation degree has nothing to do with UPSC, you just need a graduation degree in any course to be eligible for UPSC. So, choose any UG course according to your subjects in class 11th and 12th and prepare well for the UPSC exam.

You can pursue aeronautical engineering and go for drdo, isro, hal or you can join indian air force. As per language courses, you can become translator in embassy which is a class 3 job or then you can become a teacher/professor or give UPSC exam. So now that you see where you can step into and in what beautiful careers you can convert your degree. Good luck.

Simple you have to fill the registration form in this you have to mention your top four subject marks on the basis of marks you get the admission. Then the university releases the merit list if your name is in that list so that you can go at the university and get the admission.
