You have to contact the university and the college management. You have to apply for the transfer certificate from your current college. Then fill out a form to request to transfer to another college. When your college gives you no objection certificate, then you may go for admission in another college.

Since you are doing B.Sc through lateral entry system, surely you can take admission in M.Sc in IT by lateral entry system. That would not need the problem. I advise you to just check the colleges like University of Mumbai for this admission. It's a very good college for computer science.
