This is indeed the best college for Space Science Education. This is the first college in Asia which provides a complete package of Space Science Education from Bachelors to Doctorate. It's really good to know your dream of becoming an engineer from IIT. Nothing to worry. Diploma holders are considered as equivalent to 12th. I hope you have scored 75% here, as it's minimum required. Now you appear for JEE Mains and then JEE Advanced. Score good marks and admission is yours.

For taking admissions in UPES B.Tech programmes, you have to appear for its entrance exam.
The cutoff is dynamic each year. It is usually declared after the JEE cutoff.
Register yourself for the entrance and after the entrance results, you may know your eligibility.

For Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from Hindustan Aerospace and Engineering in Pune, the fee is Rs. 53000. Apart from this, hostel fee is additional and not included in this.

For admission into IISc a student has to clear JEE Mains. Normally window of only two years is available to have passed 12th. Like for this year, student should have passed 12th in 2016 or 2017. Some other finer details are available on website.

IIT Mumbai is one of the oldest Institute of India. It's also known for good faculty in Aeronautical Engineering branch. I feel you should try to get admission here.
