Both degrees are equally good. Aerospace is a specialisation in Aeronautical Engineering. You can chose either without any fear or concerns.

Obviously, B.tech in Aerospace will count more than B.Sc.
Technical study is much better than a degree in science.

Dear Sanju, Best colleges for B.Tech Aerospace Engineering are as follows
1) Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras
2) Punjab Engineering College (Now PEC University)
3)Madras Institute Of Technology
4)Manipal institute Of Technology (MIT)
there are many other colleges in Anna University , Amity university and UPES
MIT (Manipal Institute of Technology ) will be better as it offers twining programs in Engineering, that means you can study 2 years in India at Manipal and final 2 years in US/Australia and receive degree from US/Australian University, which will save lots of your living and tuition cost of first 2
