Yes, the institute which you are talking about indeed gives admission directly to the third semester to the students who have done their diploma with forty five per cent marks or fifty per cent marks as for the category to which the students belong. Firstly let me offer my heartiest congratulations on scoring such handsome marks in your Diploma exam. Yes, you indeed can get admission in IIT Mumbai. But, unfortunately IIT's don't give lateral admission. Your Diploma would be considered as equivalent to class 12th. There is no management quota for top IITs, as there is hardly any branch that goes unfilled and B-Tech aerospace engineering is the top branch of IIT-Bombay.
75% is the minimum eligibility for JEE Main and Advance and there is no quota for the same.
