Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. During IIT Roorkee cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 396 and closing rank was 412 for BTech in CSE course for the General All India category students. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 164 and 1165. The average package offered at GNIOT placement is 7-8 LPA/ CTC. This package is of B.Tech CSE. The college did not call those company whose offered packages below 5 lakh.

If you are asking about RGU Guwahati, then RGU is full fledged University established by the Assam State legislature and is included in the list of universities maintained by UGC. 

RGU has been providing with large number of young talents to the industry. Amazon, Wipro, reliance etc. are the biggest recruiters. So RGU is recommendable.

IIT Bombay cutoff 2023 ranks for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering other than General category are mentioned below

  • 58 for OBC
  • 27 for SC
  • 10 for ST
  • 20 for EWS
  • 5 for PWD

While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Advanced, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.
