Game designing has nothing to do with B.Tech CSE. Game design is a course, which you can opt after completing class 12th or even before. I would suggest, if you qualify for B.Tech, then you must go for it and parallel you can pursue game design.
B.Tech will help you to get a job in a good company and game design skill will help you to establish.

CSR stands for computer Science engineering. It is the branch of science in which you will study about software languages, etc. Only CSE engineer gets the highest salary packages. For syllabus, please go through this link:
