Hello, B.Tech Computer Science is more preferred by student in comparison with mechanical engineer. As now a days, IT sector is increasing their range that is why computer engineers are more required. But, I recommend you to think about your interest instead of trend. And, if you are really interested in CSE branch, then go for it.

B.Tech is not enough. You have to do M.Tech or MCA from reputed institute. You have to write GATE.

First, you will have to check whether the college offers admission through Management quota. You can do this by visiting the college official website (Website:- http://www.hindustanuniv.ac.in), or download the college brochure from the link provided below. Admission guidelines and eligibility for this course are also mentioned at the link. Yes, you can apply but you have to clear an entrance exam for engineering.
Many private colleges take direct admission so you can contact directly the college.
It is not a good choice to opt for engineering after B.Com. Go for MBA or law.

Hello Kisalay,
Obtaining engineering degree via distance learning mode is very hazardous. SC of India has banned it presently. However, some unscrupulous institutions are interpreting SC decision differently. But finally only you will be the looser. So my advice is avoid this altogether.
