Yes, you can pursue BTech courses from certain colleges or universities through the CUET. But you have to appear for JEE Main/JEE Advanced if you want to go to IITs.

No, a BTech degree is not exclusive to only IITs. While IITs do offer BTech, various other engineering colleges in India also provide BTech degrees.

AISSMS COE Admission is based on entrance exams such as JEE Main, MHT CET, and GATE followed by Maharashtra CAP Counselling. The 1st year AISSMS COE BE fee is INR 1,36,000. The eligibility criteria for BE is 10+2 with 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
