Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University, also known as SNDT College offers BTech for four years at the UG level. BTech admission is based on candidates' performance in the national and state-level entrance exams such as JEE Main and MH CET. SNDT College offers BTech through its affiliated college Mittal Institute of Technology (UMIT). BTech programme is spread across six specialisations, including Computer Science & Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science, and, Artificial Engineering. To be eligible for B.Tech at SNDT College, Mumbai, candidates need to appear for MHT-CET/JEE Mains. However, JEE Mains will be preferred over MHT-CET. Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology & obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks for Backward class, EWS & PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) can also apply. For Bachelor of Information Technology, a candidate needs to secure a minimum of 50% marks (45% for Backward Class candidates from Maharashtra State) in Physics, Mathematics, and the subject of maximum marks amongst the four. The branch to which such a candidate is eligible to be admitted shall be as approved by the B.Tech admissions are centralized by DTE.
