This would depend a lot on your personality traits & interest areas. Each MBA specialisation needs specific personality traits for excelling in the profession say if you are outspoken and like travelling, meeting people and take target pressure then Marketing & Sales could be a preference, if you are a peoples person wherein you like counselling people and act as an advisory & wants a desk job bonded by rules & regulations then HRM will be exciting. If you are keen on the logistics/ operations side then SCM/operations would be suitable. So, do evaluate your inherent personality traits and then take a call.

Hi,
There is as such no information mention in official site for the highest package for mechanical engineering but the highest package offered in LIT is INR 8 Lacs per annum.

Yes, you should pursue the degree course now, but since you have already obtained diploma I don't think you need a B.Tech degree and you can apply for masters.

Hi,
After B.Tech in ME you've a lot of options.
You can pursue your Masters degree.
You can prepare for GATE exam and get a prestigious college for Masters with a good placement.
In addition, there are many organizations like Visakhapatnam, SAIL, ISRO and BARC which conduct their own exam.
