If you were not interested in technical side, then you can do MBA from top institutes for better placements and good profile jobs where you don't have to work with coding.

After CS and IT, Electronics and Communication is going to have a vast scope in future and you have a chance to apply in telecom companies like Airtel, Jio, etc. , but you should be good at machine learning.

Yes you have two choices for government sector.
1. IES and
2. GATE examination. By this exam you can go for PSU's like NTPC, ONGC. PGCIL, BSNL etc.
