Yes, you can do M.Tech in Structural Design after B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Many universities allow this switch since both fields have overlapping subjects like mechanics and material science. You might need to qualify through GATE in Civil Engineering, as some institutes prefer that for Structural Design.

If you're choosing between IIIT Bhopal, IIIT Sri City, and IIIT Guwahati for B.Tech in CSE, go for IIIT Guwahati first—it's more established and has better placements. IIIT Sri City comes next with good industry exposure due to its location. IIIT Bhopal is newer, so choose it if others aren't available.

Between IILM Gurugram and IILM Noida for B.Tech CSE (AI-ML or Cybersecurity), both offer similar academics, but IILM Noida has a slight edge in tech exposure and industry tie-ups. Gurugram campus has better infrastructure and location perks. Choose Noida if placements and tech events matter more or if not then you can  choose Gurugram for overall campus vibe and facilities.

Of course, yes. Top colleges do give placements after the completion of the BTech Petroleum Engineering course to students who have the right attitude, passion, and skills to excel in the field and drive productivity and profits for the recruiter. There are placement drives in the final year of college and placement fairs where top recruiters visit the college campuses in large numbers to hire a pool of students.
You need to work on your skill development through internships and project work and prepare well for the interview round to get hired with a healthy salary package in hand.
