Students in BA degrees, for example, may get scholarships of up to INR 25,000, but students enrolled in B.Des programs in disciplines such as Interior Design and User Experience may be eligible for a grant of up to INR 50,000. For the purpose of seeking an admission to the UG programs of STBCET, candidates have to complete 10+2 with mathematics, physics and chemistry with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC categories) and pass the MHT CET or JEE main examination. For admission to PG courses, candidate should have a first degree in the respective discipline with minimum average percentage of 50% Mark (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates) and have appeared GATE.

To be eligible to apply for the undergraduate (UG) programs at Shri Sant Gadge Baba College of Engineering and Technology, students need to complete 10+2 with physics chemistry and mathematics and passed MHT CET or JEE Mains with at least 45% (40% for student belonging to SC/ST) and need to clear the CET exam. Pursuing post graduation (PG) courses need a relevant Bachelor degree pass with in least 50% of marks or 45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates and the candidate must have a valid GATE score.
