You need to concentrate on all the four departments I.e. food production, food and beverage, accommodation operations and Front office. During IET, you could convince the hotel and concentrate only on the kitchen. But when are in college you are expected to focus on all the departments because the course is about hotel management and hospitality administration which teaches you how all the departments operates.
All the best!

Hi Tarun,
Being a culinary expert is a real great choice for life. But doing B.Sc in Hospitality Administration will give you the insight of all core department of the hotel and operations. When you have decided to specialize in culinary I request you to opt for Diploma in Culinary Arts and do more research on culinary. Experience is all that you need to prosper as a Chef.
