Culinary Arts is a wider field when it comes to food preparation and cooking and includes elements such as cooking techniques, food presentation, food safety etc. It is basically the creative and technical part of preparing and presenting food.

There are multiple course which you can pursue after your 12th for becoming a pastry chef. A Diploma in Baking and Confectionary can be considered the best choice. Other than this is if you have interest in hospitality along with baking then you can even choose BHM and choose bakery as your specialization. You can even do certificate courses, additionally from top bakery institutes.
