Both of the colleges are doing well. But, as an option, UPES is better with its faculties and placements.

Both have an equal scope. You choose for any between DU & GGSIPU. And both B.com & BBA have also equivalent scope.

It is not necessary to be a topper always,keep that in mind. You should join B.Tech or BBA depending on your interest. If you are interested in technology and has enthusiasm to build something go for B.Tech else BBA. Hope it helps.
