If you want to pursue management programme abroad then you may consider Australia, Singapore or Canada.
So, check with a study abroad counsellor for the application process and eligibility for the top university according to your academic record.

There is no difference in both the programmes and the only difference is due to Nomenclature (name change) from University to University.
Both are leading courses for corporate law.

If you are looking for a career in the field of management, then I would suggest that you do BBA and prepare for CAT and XAT to get the top institutions for MBA. Also, you can opt for integrated BBA +MBA programme of IIM Indore.
