Colleges are not approved by UGC, programs and university are approved by UGC.
Programs offered by INMANTEC are very much approved by UGC, also INMANTEC is approved by AICTE i.e. All India Council for Technical Education

I wonder why you want to go for CS and LLB at a time. Complete CS along with BBA or B.Com and then go for LLB.

Nowadays, admission in BBA degree in the majority of government and private universities is based on entrance examinations. There is no common BBA entrance examination like JEE Mains of engineering. You may target few universities and appear for their BBA entrance examinations.
