Hi, University of Ontario Institute of Technology is a well known university for undergraduate programs. I don't know if MBA from this institute will be fruitful. I will suggest you to email them about career assistance and internships. Most universities brag a lot about a lot of things but none of these actually happen. Connect with students through social media and try to find information. Also if you check their website you will see they are still refreshing the MBA curricula. So its a little tricky till you find valid information on their website. If you missed this check here

Dear,
Firstly, you need to choose only one programme for your daughter because both the programmes require a good amount of time for study and self-study.
It will be difficult to pursue both the professional degree course at the same time.
All the best.

If a college provides placements to its students then it will be provided for all students across all courses.
So, if you are doing BBA and your college provides placement then you will to get a chance to take part in campus placement.
