Hello Isha,
The best book for the preparation of BBA entrance exam is Arihant publication's book for BBA and B.Com entrance exam. In fact, for Patna Women's College entrance exam, you can prepare on your own too because the exam will not be very difficult. The only thing is that you just need to be clear with the basic fundamentals you have studied in class 12th.

For instance, the average salary package offered to MBA graduates (2010-2012) of IIM Kozhikode (one of the top IIMs in India that offers a regular, campus based PGP in management) by top companies in India and abroad varied between Rs. 11.29 lakh and Rs. 18.78 lakh per annum. The 135 companies that recruited at IIMK included Deutsche Bank, Nomura, Goldman Sachs, ICICI, Deloitte Consulting, HUL, ITC, Cognizant, Amazon, Zynga, Maruti Suzuki and Flipkart.

There is no Indian university or institute which provides BBA in Public relation, however, BBA in event management is offered by National academy of event management and development (NAEMD).

SET-BBA basically require preparation from books like RS Agarwal and Chandresh Agarwal and more mock tests.
Find below the paper pattern.
a. Duration: The duration for SET-BBA 2017 is 150 minutes.
b. The SET-BBA is an objective test.
c. Papers: The SET-BBA is conducted in 2 sessions for a total of 5 question papers. A candidate can choose to apply for one paper in each session. The sections of the test are,
General English
Quantitative
General Awareness
Analytical & Logical Reasoning.
