BA in aviation operations is much better than B.Sc. BBA will give you professional degree and you will learn a business side of this program, but in B.Sc you will learn only theories. As you are interested in aviation sector, I would advise you to go for UPES - Dehradun. It is one of the best professional university.

National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) conducts a Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) each year to offer admissions to aspirants in hospitality and hotel administration programmes.
By clearing NCHMCT JEE 2017, candidates can secure admissions in 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 19 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, one Public Sector Undertaking and 14 Private Institutes of Hotel Management affiliated with NCHMCT. Your transfer will completely depend on the university, you want to study at. If you meet the university specific credit point or transfer norms, you can enrol. Proactively, check with the universities abroad and if you find something relevant co-ordinate with the current university.

Company secretary is a professional course, whose grads are employed in senior management positions. Whereas, BBA graduates get supervisory jobs. Therefore, CS is a better option in comparison to BBA.

If you're very serious about making a career in the management field, then I would advise you to pursue BBA+MBA. There are several reputed colleges offering integrated courses in it like IIM Indore, Symbiosis, NMIMS, etc. However, only if you have a liking for studying engineering subjects, then you can for it as well. But honestly, going for BBA would be preferred.
Good luck.

The most of the countries offering valued MBA, which needs 16 years of study. You can pursue one year PGDM, and then appear for GMAT exam. You need to clear TOEFL/ IELTS with score not less than 6.5.
