Hi,
If you wish to practice law in India later, you should take the course in India as govt jobs are not allowed for degrees abroad until you clear Bar exam by BCI.

B.Com + MBA would help you in many ways. B.Com itself covers some topics that are taught in MBA. So, I would suggest B.Com + MBA.
