DEAR shivangee rai, BBA Stands for BAchelor of Business Administration. there is a vast need of BBAs for industry. if you come with excellent college automatically your future will be bright given, you need to improve your communication and other skills that are required. after BBA you can go for MBA or PGDM. for futher studies. all the best.
