No, the whole course has been designed in such a way so that students coming from any stream will be able to adjust to it properly. In fact, with the passage of each year you will see the time to study at home increases, which means you can use that time to study in some institutes to prepare for CAT, MAT or XAT, if giving MBA is one of your top priorities.
Secondly, I would suggest you to go for BBA programs in core domain like BBA Logistics, BBA Oil and Gas Marketing, BBA Aviation, BBA Auto Markting, etc. As these are unexplored branches and have good career prospects than traditional BBA programs. For such programs UPES is best bet.

Hello Saad,
Before you enroll into a course abroad including New Zealand, please be informed that there is no job placement done by any institute or university. AIS has an outstanding student career service as per my knowledge, I will still suggest you to write to the institute for previous career output of graduates.
Regarding the integrated course you mentioned, I don't think there is any integrated course as such. They have separate bachelor degree in similar fields such as International Business, Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration among others.

IIM Indore doesn't offer any undergrad degree. If you wish to go for IPM i.e. Integrated Program in Management, you have to get affiliation from other universities like IGNOU for undergrad, chosing courses of your interest. Thus your curriculum here is very good, but then the comparison can't be made with D.U specifically for undergrad.

It doesn't matter whatever course you take. How much hardwork you do once you join a company is what will make you grow.

It depends on how much you are enjoying, what you are currently studying and how much interest do you have in business. First, figure out what you want to do and become in life and make choices accordingly. It shouldn't happen that after 1 year of BBA, you think of dropping it too. Everything has a cost attached. Think wisely before choosing.

BBA is a better option as it covers the entire management area. It is a mix of all sectors whereas B.Com is pure commerce. Regarding best course, it depends on your liking and what exactly you wish to pursue ahead. It also depends in which sector you wants to bloom in.
