Well this is quite unsure to state which is the best college, since all the the colleges provide the syllabus and study. Still here's a list stating few colleges which offer the course B.sc Biotechnology

According to me you should go for B.Tech biotech as the company will place you right after you come in the 3rd year.

The scope after doing Masters in biotechnology related fields in Australia is very good and you can get many opportunities.

If you had biotechnology as a background, then you can go for it. But, it is not as such high ranking college as such for MBA is concerned.

There are some courses offered by pu in which entrance is compulsory but in some courses admission is through the class 12th marks, so you can apply for this course without entrance exam. Good luck.
