This is a very good option to take. I would suggest you to google some colleges which provide B.Sc Biotech and find out the admission requirements. It is generally an entrance based field. Happy going.

In India, both these fields are not yet developed completely. Yet B.Sc Biotech has better placement and salary opportunities.

Yes, you can definitely do M.Sc in Food Science and Nutrition after completing your B.Tech in biotechnology. On the basis of last year percentage of B.Tech you will get admission. Best of luck for your future and if any query feel free to ask.
