Agriculture engineering is best. You have chances for government jobs in the same field, but for other branch like biotech and microbiology, they have less chances of government job as compare to agriculture.

B.Tech Biotechnology is a higher degree in comparison to B.Sc Biotechnology, therefore, B.Tech graduates have better career scope and opportunities in comparison to B.Sc graduates.

Scope of Biotechnology is good in India but not similar to vote branches of engineering. Demand for Biotechnology graduates is slowing increasing. Experienced Biotechnology graduates are in good demand abroad.
