There is a big list of colleges, where you can get admission for M.Sc forensic and biotechnology. I would recommend you to appear for IIT JAM exam and after clearing it, you will get a chance to study in IITs, NITs and IISC colleges.

The career scope in science field is very good. There are many jobs available in this field for you. You can get into research field as it is one of the best option.
If you pursue M.Sc in forensic science, then you can also try to get a job in CBI or other police services and crime branch
If you pursue M.Sc biotechnology, then you can get into medical field and work as clinical research associate. A bio technologist may find jobs in various quarters in India. Drug and pharmaceutical research, chemicals, environment control, waste management, energy, food processing and bio-processing industries, tanning industries.

There are many countries which are best in biotechnology. Get the list below:
Canada
Denmark
USA
Poland
New Zealand and many more.
Biotechnology is rapid developing field. Many of the private are exploring in it and also heavily investing in this field. It is safe to say that there are ample job opportunities for Biotechnology graduates in private sector.
Government sector too offers job opportunities, but not in the scale in which private sector does.
Research sector in particular is quite lucrative. One may build a rewarding career in this field.

It is a good option to opt the B.Sc bio-technology. You can explore yourself in various public sector areas. Going for higher studies is also a nice idea.
You can also go for the following profile.
1. Scientific assistant
2. Biostatistician
3. Clinical Research Manager

Canadian universities will not accept your application and if they do visa chances will be too low. The reason is because you already have a biotechnology degree. Dwell on why you want another Master's in the same subject and you will know what to write on your SOP.
