Yes. One can study B.Tech in Biotechnology in IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati etc.

Yes, a student can join B.Tech in biotechnology after completing class 12th. But you must try to get in some very good college such as IITs, NITs, etc. for a good career in it.

M.Sc. on Biotechnology is a good subject to study, but the career after that depends on a lot of factors such as your interest, your marks, your career, your prior experience, your target job etc.
But I can tell you this, MBA after anything is a good option, but with terms and conditions:
1. Find if you are really suitable for taking managerial or similar jobs
2. If you are made out for the corporate world or you are better off in a career like teaching, research etc
3. If you want to do MBA now or get an executive MBA after minimum 5 years of work experience (I suggest in India doing now is a better option)
